Case: You use Google Apps for work. You have an user "support@huypv.net". You have other users: employer1@huypv.net ; employer2@huypv.net ; employer3@huypv.net . Now you want "if customer X send an email to support@huypv.net, all users employer1 + employer2 + employer3 will also receive that email.
Solution:
- Create group "support_group@huypv.net" (It is free. Google does not charge group address). Add employer1, employer2, employer3 to this group.
- Setting email support@huypv.net to forward all emails to support_group@huypv.net
- Wait some minutes, send test email to support@huypv.net and check result
Notice:
- Group type must be Team (Internet)
- You can add employerX@otherdomain.com to your group
